After waiting over two months for American Shield Home Warranty to fix two broken pipes and a leaking faucet--only to be told repeatedly that "a modification is needed"--I finally called Showtime LLC. Vincent came out, assessed the situation, and said, "No need for a modification." He got the job done quickly and efficiently. Showtime was fast, reliable, and offered a great price. The water bills at our commercial property started increasing in October of 2023. After a review of our account and numerous back and forth messages with LADWP, they advised us to consider hiring someone who can check for more than just visible leaks. After performing the test, a leak was indeed detected and were referred to two plumbers.

We went with Vince of Showtime Plumbing & Rooter LLC primarily because the price he quoted was more affordable for us. Vince was able to do a site visit the same day I called and even met with the leak detection guy who had to return because the rains washed off the chalk marks that he made. After we agreed on the price, Vince came back the following day to do the job. He went the extra mile and excavated a little farther from the area marked by the leak detector (it was off) and was able to find the broken underground pipe. Overall, we were very satisfied with the service provided by Vince and his helper. The job was done in less than a day and, hopefully, this will resolve our high water usage. 100% highly recommend!

He replaced the plumbing lines for our whole house with PEX. We have never had a problem with , ihe installation. From installing toilets, kitchen faucets, hot water heaters and clearing drains he can be counted on for professional and economical service. As a matter of fact we now consider him family. I was in a pinch this past Sunday 3/3/2024. My main galvanized water main / PVC crimp - coupler / meter / broke right off. I reached out to Vince, interrupting his Sunday Dodge game, and he came over to help me get water to the house for Monday’s repairs. He gave me an awesome quote. He was help full. Arrived with his team member early Monday morning. Replaced from water meter to the front of the house with copper “L”. Dug the trench and put the grass back. Pretty awesome job. Got the job done pretty fast. I would highly recommend.
